1. Call us toll free: 1-877-225-6327
We’ll need to know:
- Destination
- Time of shipment
- Description of the cargo
- Weight
- Volume
- Value of cargo, if you require insurance
Documents:
- Private Request for Space Reservation
- Government Booking Note for High Arctic
- General Conditions of Carriage of Neas's contract with the Government of Nunavut for Area "A" (High Arctic)

2. Make an Appointment to Delivery Your Cargo
For packaging or containerization at the NEAS cargo service centre call 1-866-908-0807
For cargo in readiness for loading on board the intended vessel call 1-888-908-0000
3. Deliver Your Cargo to NEAS
For packaging or containerization (once completed, your cargo is automatically dispatched for loading on board the intended vessel)
For cargo in readiness for marine transportation please ensure that:
- Merchandise is export packed
- Each package is measured, weighed, and addressed
- Shipment is correctly documented including description, measurements and weight for each piece
4. We'll Let You Know of the Ship's Arrival So You Can Pick Up Your Cargo
